• GENERAL TERMS& CONDITIONS
  When you book a studio session at INDIEHUB srl, you are entering into a contract with which you are unconditionally agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions of the study as indicated below.
• Session reservations, times and dates are subject to availability and approval by a member of the INDIEHUB srl team. INDIEHUB srl reserves the right to refuse and reschedule confirmed reservations. Reservations are made only with the following methods:

  Reservations are not valid until written confirmation via email and / or deposit paid, depending on the agreements entered into during the estimate.
  Failure to pay means that all copies of the recordings, masters or session files will not be delivered to the customer. It is not INDIEHUB srl's responsibility to manage the time available to the client in the studio. All session files are deleted from INDIEHUB srl hard drives 90 days after the session is completed, unless otherwise specified.


• PAYMENTS
  Failure to pay means that all copies of the recordings, masters or session files will not be delivered to the customer. It is not INDIEHUB srl's responsibility to manage the time available to the client in the studio. Payment can be made by cash, credit / debit card VISA or MASTERCARD circuit, or by bank transfer as long as you repeat the payment. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of each session in full in advance or on the day of the session. A 30% deposit is required to confirm reservations by phone or at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable or transferable. The balance of the session must be paid in full on the first day of the session. Late payment carries an additional charge of € 5 for each day of delay.


• STUDIO HOUR
  - FULL DAY from 10.30 to 19.30 (9h)
  - HALF DAY from 10.30 to 14.30 or from 15.00 to 19.00 (4h)
• Access to the study is not allowed before 10.30.
  The FULL DAY session includes a one hour break.
  Export of tracks, copy of files and all ancillary operations to the session must be completed during working hours.
  Accessory operations made outside of working hours cost 60 € / hour or part thereof + VAT.
  The INDIEHUB sessions (in protools format) are owned by the studio.
  If you want to have the sessions, you must request it in advance and, depending on the case, an extra cost may be requested.
  The cost to use the study beyond 9 hours (from 19:30 onwards) is 100 € / hour + VAT


• BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
  Studio sessions can be booked by whatsapp and by email. Reservations can be canceled by email within 20 working days from the day of the session. If the cancellation of the reservation does not comply with the 15 working days notice, the cost for the customer is 50% of the budgeted amount for the reservation, unless otherwise agreed.


• DAMAGE TO RECORDING STUDIO EQUIPMENT
  Studio sessions can be booked by whatsapp and by email. Reservations can be canceled by email within 15 working days from the day of the session. Any damage caused by the client or his companions to the studio's equipment due to misuse and abuse will be charged to the client himself. Refusal to pay for breakages will lead to court proceedings. If an item of equipment is damaged or missing at the beginning of the session, the customer is required to report it immediately to the technician / engineer of the session.


• SMOKING & PARKING
  Smoking is not allowed inside the studio complex. If you leave the premises to smoke, make sure you are at a safe distance from the study and leave cigarette butts in the appropriate ashtrays. When entering the complex, remember that the front door must be kept closed and locked at all times. Any theft or damage that may occur as a result of opening the door will be borne by the customer.
  INDIEHUB offers its customers internal parking at a cost of € 12 for the full day or € 8 for the half day.
  Since February 25, 2019 the AreaB has been active in Milan, INDIEHUB warns its customers to check if their car is within the parameters allowed by the AreaB.


• SERVICES THAT EXCLUDE THE PRESENCE OF THE CUSTOMER IN THE STUDIO (MIX, MASTERING, etc.)
  INDIEHUB offers its customers internal parking at a cost of € 12 for the full day or € 8 for the half day.
  The mix, mastering and editing sessions are started upon receipt of the 30% deposit.
  The processing takes place without the presence of the customer in the studio and delivery is made within 15 days of receipt of the material to be processed and the down payment. Each mix, mastering or editing includes 2 reviews. Reviews must be requested within 2 weeks of the first delivery. The reviews are processed without the presence of the client in the studio and are delivered via email. The ProTools project which remains the property of INDIEHUB srl is not delivered. Single stems are not delivered but only group stems. Further versions (extended, radio, video cut etc) are to be requested in advance and an extra cost may be requested.

• CONDIZIONI GENERALI
  Quando prenoti una sessione in studio presso INDIEHUB srl, stai stipulando un contratto con il quale stai accettando incondizionatamente di rispettare i termini e le condizioni dello studio come di seguito indicato.
• Le prenotazioni delle sessioni, gli orari e le date sono soggetti a disponibilità e approvazione da parte di un membro del team di INDIEHUB srl. INDIEHUB srl si riserva il diritto di rifiutare e riprogrammare le prenotazioni confermate. Le prenotazioni vengono effettuate solo con i seguenti metodi:

  Le prenotazioni non sono valide fino a conferma scritta via email e/o deposito pagato, a seconda degli accordi stipulati in fase di preventivo.
  Il mancato pagamento comporta che tutte le copie delle registrazioni, dei master o dei file di sessione non saranno consegnati al cliente. Non è responsabilità di INDIEHUB srl gestire il tempo a disposizione del cliente in studio. Tutti i file di sessione vengono cancellati dai dischi rigidi di INDIEHUB srl 90 giorni dopo il completamento della sessione, se non diversamente specificato.


• PAGAMENTI
  Il pagamento può essere effettuato con contanti, carta di credito / debito circuito VISA o MASTERCARD, o tramite bonifico bancario purchè ripsetti la scandenza del pagamento.
  È responsabilità del cliente coprire il costo di ogni sessione per intero in anticipo o nel giorno della sessione. Un deposito del 30% è necessario per confermare prenotazioni telefonicamente o al momento della prenotazione. Il deposito non è rimborsabile o trasferibile. Il saldo della sessione deve essere pagato per intero il primo giorno della sessione. Il ritardato pagamento comporta un costo aggiuntivo di €5 per ogni giorno di ritardo.


• ORARIO DI LAVORO CON CLIENTI IN STUDIO
  - FULL DAY dalle 10.30 alle 19.30 (9h)
  - HALF DAY dalle 10.30 alle 14.30 o dalle 15.00 alle 19.00 (4h)
• Non è consentito l’accesso allo studio prima delle 10.30.
  La sessione FULL DAY include una pausa di un'ora.
  Export delle tracce, copia di file e tutte le operazioni accessorie alla sessione devono concludersi nell’orario di lavoro.
  Le operazioni accessorie fatte al di fuori dell’orario di lavoro hanno un costo di 60€/ora o frazione + iva.
  Le sessions di INDIEHUB (in formato protools) sono di proprietà dello studio.
  Se si desidera disporre delle session bisogna richiederlo anticipatamente e, a seconda dei casi, può essere richiesto un costo extra.
  Il costo per utilizzare lo studio oltre le 9 ore (dalle 19:30 in poi) è di 100€/ora + iva


• PRENOTAZIONE E CANCELLAZIONE
  Le sessioni in studio possono essere prenotate per whatsapp e per email. La cancellazione delle prenotazioni può essere effettuata via email entro 15 giorni lavorativi dal giorno della sessione. Qualora la cancellazione della prenotazione non rispettasse il preavviso di 15 giorni lavorativi il costo per il cliente è pari al 50% dell'importo preventivato per la prenotazione, salvo diversi accordi.


• DANNI ALLE APPARECCHIATURE DELLO STUDIO DI REGISTRAZIONE
  Qualsiasi danno causato dal cliente o dai suoi accompagnatori alle apparecchiature dello studio a causa di uso improprio e abuso sarà addebitato al cliente stesso. Il rifiuto di pagare per le rotture porterà al procedimento giudiziario. Se un articolo dell'apparecchiatura è danneggiato o mancante all'inizio della sessione, il cliente è tenuto a segnalarlo immediatamente al tecnico / ingegnere della sessione.


• SMOKING & PARKING
  Non è consentito fumare all'interno del complesso dello studio. Se lasci i locali per fumare, assicurati di essere a distanza di sicurezza dallo studio e di lasciare mozziconi di sigaretta negli appositi posacenere. Quando si entra nel complesso, si ricorda che la porta d'ingresso deve essere tenuta chiusa e bloccata in ogni momento. Eventuali furti o danni che dovessero verificarsi a seguito dell'apertura della porta saranno a carico del cliente.
  INDIEHUB mette a disposizione dei propri clienti un parcheggio interno al costo di 12€ per il full day o di 8€ per l' half day.
  Dal 25 febbraio 2019 è attiva a Milano l'AreaB, INDIEHUB avverte i propri clienti di verificare se la propira automobile rientra nei parametri ammessi dall'AreaB.


• SERVIZI CHE ESCLUDONO LA PRESENZA DEL CLIENTE IN STUDIO (MIX,MASTERING, etc.)
  Le sessioni di mix, mastering ed editing vengono avviate alla ricezione dell’acconto del 30%.
  La lavorazione avviene senza la presenza in studio del cliente e la consegna viene effettuata entro 15gg dalla ricezione del materiale da lavorare e dell’acconto. Ogni mix, mastering o editing include 2 reviews. Le reviews vanno richieste entro 2 settimane dalla prima consegna. Le reviews vengono lavorate senza la presenza del cliente in studio e vengono consegnate via mail. Non viene consegnato il progetto di ProTools che resta di proprietà di INDIEHUB srl. Non vengono consegnati i singoli stems ma solo dei group stems. Ulteriori versioni (extended, radio, video cut etc) sono da richiedere anticipatamente e può essere richiesto un costo extra.
